last year’s rant: part one

Because I didn’t get a blog until now. I will bore myself and anyone who sadly can’t find a more interesting blog getting a few items out of my brain and onto the post.

I never found anyone who listened to Missouri’s lousy governor (no)Talent’s press conference on his decision not to run again for governor. I didn’t start watching it on TV until it had been on for about 10 minutes. And the questions weren’t audible, just his answers. He looked either under the influence or, or like he had already been into the ChoolAid. (ChoolAid because the stuff they had a Jonestown massacre shouldn’t be confused with the tasty kid’s drink/dye stuff. And the kid’s drink manufacturer shouldn’t be offended that some of us use it to dye yarn and my neighbor’s son used it to dye his hair when he was 12.) Maybe several glasses before the press conference. Governor Talent giggled before, during and after each answer. Would of been cute if he were a three year old girl, giggling so much. I watched for almost a half hour, but all he would do is giggle and claim he achieved what he set out to and there was no reason for him to run for a second term. And he has achieved in making Missouri a 4th world country. Go GOP! Bizarre. I am in some quarters getting a bit paranoid. But it was just a little to close to the “we have to destroy everything so we can have rapture” rattle that I have been hearing spew from Dobbs, Hagee and the other end of time cults. Okay, now that’s out of my brain. Strange, “okay” wasn’t in the site’s dictionary.
