Or apparently not so Merry Christmas day for U.S. Christians.

Yet another sign the U.S. economy is unsustainable and all this time so very few have acknowledged it for what it is.  Absolutely it is the “Christmas Dilemma”.  The “All American Holiday” of claiming that the entire world celebrates a consumer driven “holiday” not just the United States.  In the name of the Pagan celebration of Solstice that was re-named by the drug crazed U.S. Christians as the birthday of the Christian Idol “Jesus”. And then turned into a strange celebration of a Saint Nicholas giving gifts only to the believers of the U.S. version of Christianity.  With the added bonus of teaching children their worth is entirely dependent on how many gifts they get, the dollar value of those gifts and whether or not other people around them wish they had been given those gifts.  Even though other non-American countries started various stories about Saint Nicholas, U.S. Christians claim the earliest stories are untrue and only the stories created in the U.S. are true.

For many years the media here in the U.S. and for a change, the entire media system has focused on the economic “benefit” of U.S. Christmas. For much of that time it has been acknowledged that the spending between the end of November until December 25th can alone keep stores open for another year. This would mean the rest of the year these stores do not generate enough monthly revenue to pay bills or be sustainable. And yet nothing is mentioned about the almost 11 months of unsustainability. After years of this retail pattern along with over 40 years of unsustainable manufacturing practices and gambling-like banking and retirement investments, the U.S. economy is crashing. Again.

And to “fix” the economy? Just throw money at it. Well at the people who have been promoting the unsustainability. Without changing anything but who gets paid.

I would be more annoyed.  I have almost no retirement left. Still unable to work because of the broken leg.  I must have burnt out with the Moronic Political Circus that “runs” the U.S.

I can’t even find anything funny about the way the press is treating Obama. Al Qaeda threat George’s foot. Although I am sure the Hagee Christians do consider him a threat. No reports of what Bush is doing. And I am sure he is keeping very busy.

My leg turned out to be broken. And not just in one place. The healing process is not going very well. Just trying to get by.

The more ads RNC spews out, the worse it makes McCain look. And he was a fundie loser to begin with. TwitBrains! No one running for president has any experience in the oval office as president. None of the candidates have any experience in the White House, or dealing with any kind of McCain and Palin actually have close ties to terrorist/hate groups who openly want to destroy the US. That’s the kind of family values John Hagee and his followers have, hate everyone who doesn’t go to the Hagee church. “Joe the plumber” is actually Sam the handyman, he isn’t a licensed plumber. He worked for someone at NBC and they had to hire a real plumber to fix the mess he made.  Sarah Palin’s husband works for BP oil, he is a manager and has worked for BP for years.

Worse the Democrats sound like republicans and the republicans sound like idiots or communists. So many candidates have switched parties for so long that there isn’t really even party “platforms” any more. Currently a few “news shows” rabbled about the problems of having a mostly Democrat Senate and Congress. But it isn’t an issue because few Democrats are Democrat. Running under the label doesn’t mean that they hold the values of a party. There doesn’t seem to be a way to have a divided government.

Still in temporary housing. Not enough hours in the day. Not enough energy. Started rehab for my knee and leg over a week ago. Lots of bone loss and apparently it really is going to take weeks to get to the point where I can stand without crutches. Taking calcium supplements that make my joints ache. Liniment to make the joints, ligaments and knee hurt less. Around 4 hours a day on exercises and it really doesn’t seem enough. But doing the routines longer every day. And the knee is very deformed, but the muscles are getting a bit stronger every day. Can’t believe how much my foot hurts though. Getting back into the Identity theft fight, but not up to starting depositions yet. And there will be more very soon on a large company admitting to have used my name without my permission. Health care not so professionals committing ID theft and refusing to treat me. Way too many rants to go on. And I would rather try to catch up on sleep. Trying to find a link to a web site for a neighbor. It apparently is just going to the KCMO police department site and using the link “crime mapping”. I couldn’t get it to search last year’s info. Perhaps if you called the non emergency number and asked if there is a way to get information about it? I would have thought attorneys would be able to get the info but your not the only one who has had an attorney ask the client to research.

Someone who may be named Edward Bachner, residing in Lake in the Hills, Illinois has been arrested after he ordered a large amount of a poison Tetrodotoxin.  The chemical company asked the FBI to investigate because of the unusual order. The FBI alleges that he claimed to be a doctor and ordered the large amount of toxin that is found in puffer fish. The guy must be white and Christian. Because there is no mention of color of skin, ethnicity or religious affiliation. He should be sent to Guantanamo immediately and forgotten about. But he won’t. Just another day in the racist republic of the USA.

Possibly the best movers in the world. Really. Not just really excellent movers but if needed they can help pack as they go. I will hire them again. Partly because I only was able to get part of my stuff moved. But really because they are just plain excellent. There just is no reason to consider anyone else. http://www.oconnorsmoving.com

And I will charge more than $650. a month. I am sure there is flammable materials improperly stored. And there is no proof that the holes in the brick wall have been properly repaired. They seem to just have a lot more junk piled against them. No door knob or lock on the door. And that electrical thing hanging from the ceiling!

While I waiting for a callback. There is a restaurant in Smithville, Missouri. It is run by a family who’s name is Justus and for many years before it was a restaurant it was actually a pharmacy/drugstore.  They have a website  http://drugstorerestaurant.com As a restaurant it has received national recognition. And now the family has been given notice that the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy is demanding that they remove the name “drugstore” because there is no pharmacist on duty. And the Board of Pharmacy is threatening legal action.

The same Missouri State Board of Pharmacy who allows it’s members to kill people by not giving them medication they are prescribed because the pharmacist believes in some crap hate religion.  HEY MORONS, unlike your members others who see the sign see “a restaurant” under the name. Unlike your members others will be able to tell it is a restaurant. Maybe the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy should quit self medicating.

This is just as embarrassing as when a certain greeting card company started suing families who’s last name is H******k for copyright infringement. Oblivious to the fact that the founder of the company was H*** not H******k. And the infringement was on the families by the greeting card company.

Had to tell someone yesterday that I didn’t wait until the last minute to try and get help moving. I started the 6th of June when Joseph Allen told me he had terminated my lease and I would have less than 30 days to move out. I spent most of that day calling people and mostly leaving messages. Friends, acquaintances, businesses. People who left me numbers for other things. Going through my old phone numbers. Friends and former neighbors who moved but might still know someone here. And telling them I can pay but not $80. or more an hour.

Why or how do people fail to understand I am on crutches because my left knee no longer holds me up. I cannot walk with crutches and carry a grocery bag much less boxes.

The handful of people who are able to lift or move haven’t been able to come over to help. One neighbor has done runs to the storage place for boxes. But no one else has even called back to say they can’t help. I finally hired a service but I won’t be ready for them and everything needs to be out. I won’t have a back door when the fridge is moved. No way to lock up my apartment. And I had hoped to get food and groceries over to where I will be staying. There are 3 people who have offered to help but no one with a car.

I have been asking everyplace I go. Any one who could help for money, Maybe needing extra income, Teens who don’t have a full time day job or could come over in the evening. I have been asking people I don’t know, not the best thing, but maybe someone knew of something. No takers.

At least half of my days I have been trying to get help in getting more time. And going in circles. When I get back on line I will add ranting about how the help system is set up not to work and how pathetic the Kansas City Bar Association is.

Leaving messages for attorneys, getting mostly no response. I have contacted over 40 attorneys, mostly getting referrals to the same name. And only 5 have returned my call. It’s going to be a nasty day with no air conditioning. At least 2 of the attorneys were kind enough to let me know how the system really works. Unfortunately Joseph Allen has already violated city and state laws in his termination of my lease. And possibly federal laws. But it isn’t going to help me move in the next two days.

If I can get things out today the computer will probably go. And I probably won’t be getting pictures up for a week or so. The coffee shop is two blocks from the bus stop, That’s 10 miles on crutches.
